Translation Services – Project Coordinator

Job Description

This entry-level position reports to the Translation Services Project Manager with responsibilities that include supporting multiple, ongoing foreign language translation projects from inception through distribution to translators, review of completed documents and customer service follow-up with clients. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining translator databases, managing translation schedules, as well as adhering to quality control processes. You will assist in managing multiple projects involving various languages, lengths and formats. You will also be responsible for maintaining cost control and invoicing information in company accounting systems.

Location – Greenville, SC

Pay – $27,000 - $30,000

Status – Full-Time Employee

Shift – First – (Day)

Education Level Required – Bachelor's Degree


Required Skills:

  • At least 1-2 years work experience, preferably in the translation industry on the agency or translation/translator side.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and a foreign language
  • Computer literacy is a must! Must be able to work within Windows platforms including Excel, Word, MS Office, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Must possess a Bachelors Degree, preferably in English, Communications or Humanities.
  • Enjoys challenge of working in a sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Superior organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to support multiple projects by keeping accurate and up-to-date project specifications.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Internet Marketing Manager

Job Description

This position involves Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website content management. Knowledge of pay per click “PPC” and natural search engine optimization is a must. It will initially involve assisting the CEO in developing the new company website (strategy, content and design), to be offered in multiple foreign languages. The next phase will involve expanding upon the existing Google Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns by optimizing the already established industry key words for the natural side of the search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) throughout the website in English and then for all the foreign language content to appear on worldwide foreign search engines. The position is also responsible for managing the registration, maintenance and renewal of multiple domains (foreign/domestic). A subsequent phase will be developing inbound linking campaigns. This position will also involve managing website content (within a content management system) on all the English and foreign pages of the site. The goal/mission is to effectively optimize industry key words and content for the natural English search engines as well as all major foreign search engines around the world. After completion of the website and keyword optimization, the position will track all visitor statistics and develop reports to track the effectiveness of the search engine campaigns. This position reports directly to the CEO.


Location – Greenville, SC

Pay – $40,000 - $45,000 plus bonuses

Status – Full-Time Employee

Education Level – Bachelor’s Degree Required

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years online marketing experience. (SEO and SEM) in both Pay Per Click (Google) and Organic Search Programs (Google, Yahoo, MSN) as an independent consultant or on the agency side;
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine technologies (algorithms, ranking strategies and industry trends);
  • Ability to optimize various website components including content, title tags, meta-descriptions, keyword density, internal links, site maps, etc.;
  • Strong understanding of technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML);
  • Demonstration of proven techniques that can be used to improve organic search rankings in Google, Yahoo, MSN and other online search engines including inbound linking strategies, content creation, RSS Feeds and blog use;
  • Knowledge of web design, persuasive architecture, conversion strategies and content management systems;
  • Ability to continuously improve existing web site rankings through various testing strategies on search engines through use of SEO reporting and analytics (ROI, CPC, conversion analysis, etc.);
  • Experience with providing ongoing analysis and reporting through web analytics programs (WebSideStory, Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Computer literacy is required in: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
