Michelin North America, global producer of tires with annual sales of $7.25 billion, has awarded Foreign Translations, Inc. an ongoing contract to provide french translation and interpreting support for its North America headquarters.

Foreign Translations, Inc. has been assigned to provide ongoing translation of documents, user manuals, newsletters, marketing collateral, and packages for employees going abroad for the international company.

Additionally, Foreign Translations has provided Michelin with interpreters and voice-over talent for a video that was translated by this full-service translation agency.

Michelin produces tires for passenger and light-trucks, heavy trucks, recreational vehicles, earthmovers, agricultural machinery, aircraft, and bicycles. In 2006 alone, Michelin produced 190 million tires and 15 million maps and guides.
