A graduate of Riverside High School in Greenville, SC, Jennifer Mo ventured to the city of Los Angeles to pursue a degree in International Business at the University of Southern California.  A passion for her Chinese heritage and studies of other cultures made L.A. a perfect fit.

While at school, Jennifer became a member of Delta Phi Kappa, an Asian interest sorority.  She planned social events for the Chinese New Year and cultural shows through the APASA organization.   Jennifer plans to continue with AATP, the Asian American tutoring program in her sophomore year this fall at USC.

One thing instantly apparent about Jennifer is her excitement and commitment to full involvement and learning.  In everything she touches, her enthusiasm and strong ideals are forefront.  She thrives on learning and sharing ideas, and has found this experience to be most valuable at Foreign Translations, Inc.

Jennifer’s awareness of, as well as interest in, other cultures makes her an asset to the Marketing Internship program at FTI.  She has traveled to China three times and hopes to continue her love of exploration by traveling around the world and tasting many national dishes.  She loves trying fusion foods, such as Korean tacos, and her favorite television program is Andrew Zimmern’s Bizarre Foods.

She is fluent in Cantonese and has been studying Mandarin and attending Chinese school since she was eight years old.  Her Ipod  playlist includes about 80% Asian music and she loves Korean pop.. though she does not speak Korean.  When not at the office, volunteering, or studying, she can be found watching Asian dramas or participating in a Chinese ribbon or umbrella dance.

Although  a major fan of the Harry Potter series, Jennifer’s allegiance belongs to Draco Malfoy, her favorite character in the movies.  Only a rising sophomore at USC, Jennifer has muchmore she hopes to accomplish during her time as an undergraduate.  Watch out, L.A!
